Established in 1982, 301 Housing Cooperative consists of seven flats based in two large Victorian houses in the Chapeltown area of Leeds.
301 is run collectively by its members with monthly general meetings, subgroup meetings and individual roles as required. 301's aim is to provide supportive comfortable and affordable housing to people in housing need.
As vacancies are very infrequent, 301 DOES NOT operate a waiting list. When vacancies do arise they are advertised widely in the local area, and will be posted on this blog.
